We work on several aspects: vision and common goals; clarity of roles and decision authorities; accountability, collaboration, and cohesion. I am amazed to see the number of organisations that deliver many features with very little impact on business objectives. Progress is not measured by the number of features but by the impact on relevant KPIs. I help adapt the existing Agile framework to include discovery work long before ideas enter the backlog. I also assist management teams in finding the right strategic framework for their portfolio.- Company culture. I observe and highlight cultural elements (e.g., beliefs, habits) that hinder the organisation in its transition, and I question the benefit of these cultural elements. I make new cultural elements explicit and do not hesitate to point out gaps between reality and what the organisation would like to be.- The world of startups. I implemented Scrum in the two startups I co-founded for the African market. This experience taught me how to strategically design and develop a product and roadmap.
