“What do you do when no one is watching the person you really are?” Growing up as a young kid in Mexico that’s something my dad used to remind me of constantly and in hindsight it seems that’s the reason I love being a Product Owner and a Project Manager. I get to work with dozens of professionals on a daily basis that their work will never see the light of day but they are making an impact in the world of education.I am currently the Director of Customer Success and Project Management at Innive Inc/EdBrix, we help school districts, colleges & universities have better understanding of their data. I directly managed the projects of some of the biggest school districts in the country where we have to manage delivery of the product side, deliveries and implementation of professional services, on top of meeting with customers on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction. During this role, I have learned how to manage professionals from all levels and all aspects of life. I have to communicate and manage professionals from entry level positions, to executive level, from marketing teams to data scientists, all while motivating and inspiring everyone involved in our project.I am the Founder and CEO of EasyMath App that transitioned into Learn Lounge Games. We created a web base platform that helped universities better support students academically by harnessing the power of their tutors. We transitioned into an educational gaming platform that turned teacher content into video games in less than 30 seconds which won the 2021 World's Most Innovative EdTech Companies by GESA. I had to be part of the startup planning the infrastructure of platforms that would be used by 10,000s of students on a daily basis, implement code, and plan for bi-weekly sprints until we have products that could be delivered. Launched over 16 games and applications both for web and mobile operating systems. Learned how to sell at the school level, district level, highered level, and implement programs for statewide programs.
