I Track grantee performance and reporting to ensure projects are meeting workplans and complying with federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements. • Coordinate with grantees and internal partners to finalize contract and subgrant agreements. Revise exhibit edits with grantees, submit proper documentation for processing to internal partners for contract/subgrant execution, track and properly document movement to ensure timelines are met. Track activities, events, tasks, and assignments related to facilitation of convenings, and keeps up to date timeline of grant performance and programmatic components.• Grant Communication Lead: Act as main point of contact for all project related communications. Oversee requests and inquiries from grantees and partners through to the end, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service. I work closely with the assigned CWDB Field Specialists for ongoing support during the grant term to provide grantees access to subject-matter experts in a variety of industries throughout the state to move their projects forward to successful outcomes. Collaborate with Employment Development Department (EDD) Staff for select administrative support and technical functions related to operating WIOA grant programs.
