• Compiles and prepares all official correspondence as assigned, coordinates and schedules appointments and meetings as designated • Takes dictation, transcribes notes, composes memos and researches and creates presentations• Establishes and maintains a comprehensive cross-referenced filing system, including departmental and personnel related files. Locates file, or material and information contained in the files on the basis of general instructions as to the nature of the subject involved• Obtains information upon request from internal files, outside organizations and Internet for use by CIE management• Assists in the coordination, timely compilation and dissemination of relevant information to CIE Board, subsidiary board, Tribal Council and other interested parties as determined• Makes complete travel arrangements for CIE management. Prepare forms for travel advance and upon completion of the documentation is filed with outside entities for reimbursement when necessary• Maintains comprehensive cross reference information system on both internal and external CIE contacts• Maintains a centralized calendar of appointments and meetings• Assists with the preparation of all applicable reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner• Edits a variety of material and data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Tribal Policy• Assists CIEDA management in fulfilling duties according to all applicable operating policies and procedures of CIEDA
