Partnered with vendors to roll out the process to D80 as well as the Electronics division.-Collaborated with support teams to improve execution across the Mobile CFT. Met regularly with teams to align on item needs and timing for all transitions and revisions. Building collaborative relationships with support teams has helped keep Mobile on process and has made it possible for MP to get orders online on time for transitions and revisions.

As a team leader I managed, trained and mentored team members by being relatable and listening to their thoughts and opinions. Through the Walk the Vibe chats I had with my team members, I got to hear what they were thinking and feeling so we had a better understanding of what our team members needed from management. I also spoke to my team members weekly to ensure I was connecting with them in between chats. As a team leader I also drove for results by prioritizing my workload to fit the store daily needs, through sales planners, the PTM process and pushing clearance to the floor. As a team lead I did many different things to make sure that all of my business, as well as collaborating with other team leads and ETL's business, got done. I did this by delegating work to team members, like helping with getting sales planners set as well as making sure the area was filled and zoned properly. I also multi-tasked my workload with call buttons, phone calls, helping guests and troubleshooting any problems they may be experiencing, backing up at the front lanes to give our guests an amazing experience, and also making quick decisions when other problems may arise to create an amazing experience for our guests.

As a market team member I followed food freshness standards, including product rotation (FIFO), removed dented or damaged product, properly handled temperature-sensitive food items and ensuring cleanliness to prevent pest infestation when handling food items. I also provided fast, fun and friendly service to guests and respond to all guest requests in 60 seconds or less, worked productively by executing all sales floor best practices (e.g., signing, zoning, etc.). I would stock merchandise pulled from the back-room to keep the shelves full and flex product to make space for more merchandise.

As a team member I helped provide fast, fun and friendly atmosphere for our guests by greeting them and answering any questions they may have had, I answered call buttons, phone calls, and front end back ups. I also helped with pulls to fill the floor for our guests. During closing shifts I participated in the nightly zone to prepare the store for the next business day by pulling the product forward and putting away items that did not belong. I set up rain checks and substitutes for ad items and put up sale signs to ensure the guest knew the correct price. I was also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. I was always willing to switch with people and I took the shifts that others did not want, such as overnight shifts.
