Use of CAD design tools (SolidWorks) and engineering drawing per ASME Y14.5M to create fixtures for manufacturing process opportunities.

Creation and update of visual aids (Process, 5’S, SMED). Translate and update of Detailed Method Instructions. Saving project in material consumption. Time, movements, and capacity study. Monitoring of line consumption in internal system (Navision).

Responsible of training plan giving and recording for plant employees. Support on scrap reduction project. Development of layout change project. Process map, time movements and capacity study.
