Maga Villarreal is a Brooklyn-based Latina whose journey into the wellness space began with intimate gatherings in her small living room in Crown Heights, where she brought people together to discuss mindfulness and the art of manifesting desires. This passion for community and well-being led to the founding of Antevasin.Her wellness journey started in 2013 in her hometown of Venezuela, where she first encountered Yoga and Meditation. Since then, Maga has studied under various teachers and schools across the globe, receiving training in NYC, India, and Nepal. Her approach to teaching and coaching is characterized by a creative blend of traditional practices and modern accessibility, making wellness practices approachable for everyone.As a community builder and leader in the wellness space, Maga is dedicated to making wellness accessible and ensuring representation for the Latino community.
