Function and responsibilities:As the leader of accounting and tax section of Rise I am responsible for organization and management of services provided to the customers by the company. My goal is to assure high standards of accountancy, tax and corporate reporting both at the startup phase of Client operations as well as at the stage of its further daily operations in Poland. It is my task to assure that business development of foreign investors projects in Poland will be swift and easy and in line with Polish legal regulations.As a team we service both domestic and foreign clients in their industrial, trade or B2B service oriented business projects in Poland and at EU markets. As the leader of the team I am responsible for its selection, development and training. As the Partner in the company I am co-responsible for setting up and realization of its growth strategy.
