Training the bank’s personnel both new recruits and the existing staff, regarding the products inventory and function and also soft skills, all over the country (in BRD GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE training centers).The main topics would be as following (technical and skills-based interventions, residential courses, induction courses):- Behavior techniques modules: “Welcoming your client”, “Dealing with difficult clients”, “Time management” and Role Playing Exercises - Selling techniques: “Commercial Reflex”, “The real meaning of No”, “The First Final Impression” ,“Why I have to Sale” and Role Playing Exercises - Operational Risk courses (“Know Your Client”, “Anti Money Laundering”, “Suspicious transactions”)- Western Union transactions (theory and practical applications)- Usage of IT systems within the Banking activity - Core banking program’s features and usage for the related products and services.Organising and supporting “The Bank Academy Platform”, in our training centers, where the bank new employees were trained 1 and a halh month, beginning with courses such as “How to welcome our clients” , continuing with “Creating selling reflex” and “How to sell proper product to proper client” up to “Cross selling techniques” and “Deposits and Credit applications” (theoretical and practical modules). This “School Agency” was designed to look like a real BRD GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE location, in order to create in the mind of our recruits the feeling that they are working in their bank agency. All role plays were filmed and then discussed in the the breafing rooms where I was giving them open feedback and later on, “one to one feedback”.Participating in international projects as the responsible for designing and developing new training programs dedicated for MobiasBanca, Chisinau, subsidiary of the Societe Generale Group, especially on Behavior Techniques topics as: “Customer Reception” and “Selling techniques”.
