Involved in many residential and commercial projects, mainly in the field of luxury design, like Villa Joy (Eden Rock Villa Rental), Villa WV Lit (Wimco Villas), renovation of Hotel Guanahani & Spa, Townhouses in Gustavia, (all built).- Management of every phase of the project, from concept to building site, under the supervision of the firm’s owner.- Preparation of building permit documents.- Preparation of architectural and technical plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets for the consulta- tion and construction dossier.- BIM (archicad), CAD (arc+), 3D modelling.- Weekly building site meetings with clients and contractors- On-site supervision of the construction work in accordance with the contract documents

MODECO is an experimental project of a precast building system based on the principles of sustainability and energy saving. The building method is an innovative modular system, with standardized and interchangeable elements, but at the same time with an extreme customization. The design solutions (typologies, materials, interior and external finishes) allow for a great variety of ambient and spaces, all perfectly integrated in the landscape.
