The Engagement Practice is a customer oriented entity, which complements the sales team by superior customer propositions through unique industry and customer issue expertise. Working in the engagement practice requires sales, technical and marketing skills.Activities and acquired skills: - Responsible of working directly with clients in all the North Balkans countries on all TV and Media Projects (Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro) - Engaging the customer and creating opportunities by any means. Examples include identifying customer pain points through a high level knowledge of the customer’s network and observing end-user new behaviors through market research made available by Ericsson’s marketing team. - Create end-to-end solutions, tailored to the customer needs. This might include both Ericsson and 3rd party products/solutions by system integration projects. - Act as the Customer Solution Responsible on all TV and Media opportunity (including bid response activities throughout the entire bid process) within the North Balkans area. - Developing unique market insights and key partnerships. Based on the customer needs the solution architect adapts the offered solution also by identifying new or existing partners, locally and globally. These partners can provide a product or a service that can be integrated in the end-to-end solution.Specialties - Strong expertise on: end-to-end IPTV solutions, including antenna farm, headend, middleware, content protection and management, video delivery network and set top boxes - Expertise on all other TV solutions, such as: DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-S, RF overlay - Expertise on OTT solutions, Mobile TV, Web TV, Connected Home solutions

- Design and deliver a technical and/or competence developing solution in accordance to an agreed specification and in co-operation with the customer. - Provide specified customized solutions, covering several products. - Participate in customer meetings from a customer solution perspective and identify add on sales opportunities during the delivery phase in order to contribute to increased sales volumes. - Participate in the follow up of the delivered products and solutions on an agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolution of the implemented customer solution.
