I am a leader with over 20 years of experience in companies acting for local governments in the area of waste & water & heat. I have many years of experience in the implementation of complex strategic projects, HR, M&A, corporate governance and shareholders relations. I was responsible for organizational development and transformation projects, I was a member of supervisory boards of capital companies.Since 2019, as the President of the Veolia term S.A. Group, I have been managing a group of companies that are suppliers of district heating to over 60 cities. I am the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of five subsidiaries of Veolia term Group and member of the Supervisory Board of Veolia EKO-ZEC dedicated to waste business of Veolia in Poland.When working with a team, I prefer a participatory style, it is important for me to build a clear strategy, implement priorities and communicate the sense of action. I am focused on achieving business goals, effective in building effective teams. Gallup's talent test put it aptly in five words: strategist, activator, respect, organizer, communication.Diversity in business is particularly important to me, that’s why I effectively support the participation of women in management. Since March 2019, I have been a member of the Management Board of the Veolia Foundation, which I established in 2016. I introduced the Veolia Leaders program in the Group, during my mandate in the Management Board of Veolia Energia Polska, the share of women in the top 100 managers increased from 12% (2012) to 34% (2019).I have a Diploma of the Minister of the State Treasury – a license of a member of supervisory boards. I am a graduate of the first edition of the Henryka Bochniarz Academy of Leaders. I am a finalist of the Businesswoman of the Year 2021 Competition, the ranking of Gazeta Finansowa 25 Pearls of Polish Business 2021, a finalist of the DISE Energy Women 2022 and 2023 Competition. In December 2022, I had the pleasure to receive the "Pearl in the Crown of the Republic of Poland" medal from the RIG in Katowice....
