Current● Highest performing team member, consistently achieving and exceeding set targets, working efficiently and effectively to drive the team’s success. ● Developed excellent attention to detail evidenced by conducting robust data analysis and interrogating data received to maintain alignment across all tools and systems.● Demonstrated exceptional organisation and time-management skills Processing Service Order Requests (SOR) and Impact Assessments within SLAs to deliver efficient & timely processing of SOR enquiries, using key business tools to ensure demand requests are valid.● Processing Change Requests to ensure all required Changes are updated on our internal trackers and the relevant supplier informed.● Formal release of works to appropriate delivery teams and suppliers within defined business SLAs providing formal handover from demand department into delivery program schedules.● Carrying out general administration duties, including responding to general queries from Shareholders and Suppliers regarding existing, new and old Demand.
