Job summaryAs a Market Executive supports account management and reporting related tasks of Market Managers and Senior Market Managers in key markets, manage and build/maintain relationships with accounts and accommodation partners in non-targeted cities, consult those partners to optimize pricing, availability and content competitiveness of Agoda and ensure accurate upload of relevant data and content.• Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage system and availability on site.• Ensure last room availability and competitiveness.• Coordinate, support the market Managers in all systems and content related activities• Resolve issues relating to accounting, allotment, vouchers, notification, cancellations.• Participate in market and competition research• Evaluate production and determine follow up action.• Prepare reports as necessary• Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions• Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels• Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks

Job Summary: Assist in all functions of Business Development Department and in hotel supply network. Support acquisition, activation and maintenance of hotel relationships, and to coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects. Roles & Responsibilities: • Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.• Assist in activation of hotels and ensure last room availability.• In consult with Market Managers and Assistant Market Managers manage supplier accounts• Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, vouchers, notification, etc.• Prepare reports as necessary• Co-ordinate with hotel partners by providing account management support• Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels• Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks

• Planning and execution of marketing strategy and evaluating its effectiveness• Managing on-line marketing campaigns: Google Adwords, Social Media sites• Handling the incoming inquiries, problem solving• Keeping in touch with the clients and business partners• Active participation in trade events such as exhibitions, meetings• Dealing with daily administration issues, such as mail, invoices etc.
