Title of master thesis: Innovation processes in family firms - Status quo of research and application for the furniture industry at the example of Feil GmbH

In my role as a Technical Consultant, I am responsible as individual contributor as well as Project Manager for Technical Due Diligence projects. We evaluate technical opportunities and risks of the tangible and intangible assets of a potential target as well as the monetary implications and projections arising from the technical findings. The latter serves as essential input for the financial model and other due diligence work streams. We also analyze the impact of regulatory requirements, organizations and management of the target if requested. Our focus areas are gas/electricity networks, infrastructure assets, plants and renewables. Additionally, I support the team in Business Development works such as marketing, organization of potential client meetings, participation in relevant events and the establishment of NDAs, quotations, contracts etc.
