• Creation and management over Open Book Cost Model (database containing individual costs of raw materials, production and distribution processes affecting the final price of the product) for various retail products.• Reporting performance of the buying area versus commodity markets.• Supporting development of the buying strategy in identified commodity categories.• Tracking and forecasting needed quantity of commodity.• Conducting product costing to inform retail pricing decisions.• Conducting deep-dive cost breakdown of price model obtained in the tender in order to recommend a suited-for-purpose and cost attractive vendor for the Company.• Completion of weekly risk reports and reporting project status.• Close cooperation with suppliers of own-label products.

• Work in Procurement Operations Team with focus on CACF (Contract Approval Claim Form) process. Gathering proper approvals, verification of form, correctness and calculations initially provided by buyers. Tracking and keeping the records of CACFs in the company as the Tracker Owner.• Creation and management over reports for Group Supplier Management Board (GSMB) and Group Procurement Leadership Team (GPLT) for general Group Procurement efficiency.• Common Procurement System – Active participation in creation and implementation of CPS platform for Group Procurement in SAP Ariba – ownership of testing and management over CACF process in CPS (gathering approvals for execution of short and long terms transaction for IAG’s Operating Companies).• Full creation and management of new records in Contract Database for British Airways in SAP Ariba (IAG2Buy).• Assistance for Group Procurement from contact award to signature process via DocuSign platform (contract record keeping, price set up).• Full creation of new suppliers and verification of the process (when performed by other team member) in Supplier Database for Aer Lingus.
