As part of the Product Adoption and Support Team, my work aimed at promoting digital solutions that could facilitate and improve people's work by developing training programs, comunications campaigns and creating useful resources that could support anyone in the adoption of these solutions.I became a Focal Point regarding the Microsoft Power Platform solutions and participated in the definition of the governance model that allowed to promote its usage in the organisation.I worked closely with colleagues all over the world to empower them in the digitalisation of their work processes, understanding their needs, issues and identifying opportunities of automation.

My adventure at e:lab started as an internship for my master's degree, and became later a job opporutnity.Working at e:lab can only be described as an adventure, because everyday is different from the other, and each day you are challenged to learn something new: from business models, to platform design, communication strategies, but mainly about digital transformation and its impact in the future of work and organizations.My work has mainly been to learn, learn, learn, and support as much as possible in the simultaneous projects the team is developing. But my greatest challenge has been to balance my engineering background with the knowledge I acquired during my master, for trying to add as much value as I can to the team.

During my experience at SQM Salar I had the chance to learn about the production processes and involve with all organizational levels in order to find improvement opportunities.I first started supporting only the improvement of technical processes within the area of Plant Maintenance. I worked with them in the definition of KPIs and their goals, and focused on the development of problem solving skills at the different levels of the team, in order to achieve tangible improvements in the short term. After my first year, I changed my focus towards the development of line and senior managers of the areas of Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance, and the collaboration between them. This change was extremely challenging for me as I had to support them in the development of soft skills, and enhance the adoption of a new management culture, something completly new for me.This experience allowed me to grow as a professional but also as a person, and was fortunate of learning from extraordinary people, excellence teams, and realising that the potential of any organization is in their people.

During my experience at GConsulting I learned in practice about Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management principles.I was destinated mainly to projects related to the implementation of the 5S methodology. I was in charge of training activities, both theoretical and practical, and had to work directly with employees in the analysis and improvement of their workplaces.
