- Students of Georgetown, Inc., commonly known as "The Corp", is a public, non-profit, and charitable organization, consisting of eight subsidiary companies generating annual revenues of more than $5 million, employing over 350 Georgetown undergraduates, and funding tens of thousands in philanthropic work. - I represent the student body's interests in decision-making and manage the business's external social impact partnerships and volunteer opportunities.- Developed new long-term partnerships with Bellringer Race, Best Buddies Georgetown, and Dreaming Out Loud.

- Built entire budget tracking and projection platform that is flexible to future changes in operational processes. - Work through internal and external auditing processes as requested by the university.- Presented in front of the Georgetown Appropriations Committee in order to increase the budget substantially year over year.- Create and implement the budget policy for 130 student groups.

- Allocate $350,000 to 125 clubs and student organizations with 12 commissioners- Approved individual events and annual budgets of student organizations

- Manage all of Georgetown University Pride’s financial affairs, including the development and proposal of budgets to the Student Activities Commission. - Report on current Georgetown University Pride finances at Executive Board meetings.- Led a team of 10 deputies through the University budgeting process. - Created programming and materials related to the intersectionality of queer and Hispanic people for Hispanic Heritage Month.

- Planned and ran events to engage the student body.- Created proposals to present to the larger body of students and achieved a 100% approval rate.

Research Assistant with the LACCOM initiative.- Do research on Latin American countries' reaction to COVID-19 and how their policies are changing- Update and maintain maps and a website to allow access to this research to communities around the world.- Worked with past researchers to create a historical analysis by subregion that will be featured in the Library of Congress.

- Train over 3,000 students a year in leadership skills and help them effect change in their communities.- Develop a curriculum focusing on resilience, community-building skills, the hero’s journey, and more in both English and Spanish.- Taught leadership programming for 6 months in both English and Spanish to students around Latin America.

Running Start is a nonpartisan nonprofit that trains young women to run for political office. During my time at the organization, I focused on helping prepare for the flagship High School Program (YWPL). Before the program, I assisted with inviting mentors and speakers from a variety of fields, scheduling meetings on Capitol Hill with Senators and Representatives, preparing materials and supplies, and assuring the space for the program. During the program, I acted as mentors and role models to the high school participants, helped the staff run the event, and creatively used social media to share about the program.After the program, I mainly focused on writing grant applications, preparing summits for the fall and spring, and digitalizing records. Other key projects that I worked on were; creating a high school and college information database to assist in the expansion of the ElectHer program, conducting a survey on women in local government all around the US, and translating key documents to Spanish to help Running Start expand outside of the US.

- Participated in a selective summer program at the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Inter-American Development Bank. The group consisted of 40 participants representing different nations from around the world.- Took part in role-playing real-life development challenge analysis, debate, and solution proposal.- Created development projects using real data and resources and the mentorship of experts in the field. Presented projects in a mock Executive Board meeting. - Interacted with staff and professionals from different levels of the organizations.

The Handwork Studio LLC is a kids'​ needle arts and fashion studio. I worked at the Sidwell Summer location as a junior counselor for 4 years. Responsibilities included:- Managed children ages 4-10 for 6-8 hours a day- Trained in emergency protocol and gained the ability to deal with stressful situations while still maintaining calm and keeling orderliness among campers of all ages. - Developed materials for and instructed classes in areas such as hand-sewing, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, weaving, storytelling, fashion sketching, and general art and crafts.- Directed camp activates and fostered a fun and creative environment.
