At Avast/Gen, I worked on a B2B e-commerce. I enjoyed both regression testing smaller releases on a near-weekly basis, as well as being responsible for delivering quality on multi-month (to years-long) projects that involved extensive integration testing.

My job in Amberg consisted mainly of exploratory testing and creating automated tests for desktop Windows applications.

As a one-person Ahead testing team, I was responsible for testing both Android and iOS applications, as well as writing documentations and doing workshops for support team.

In this position, I was redirected to focus specifically on UX consulting, manual testing and process designing.I also participated in social media management and corporate design.

The main task of my first position in SONET was to supervise the application development department's ticketing system Redmine, tracking the incoming issues, distributing the tasks to my coworkers and watching over the deadlines.I also actively started creating user documentations, giving UX feedback and manual testing of the web applications.

As a part of the support team, I did technical and sales support via email, call, LMI (remote connection) for customers / business clients using AVG products.

Being the only graphic designer in Micesys, I was responsible for both webdesign and corporate design from the first idea to its successful publication.I also did copywriting and managed social media for the customers.
