Coordinator of the Quantitative Evaluation component of the Resettlement Action Plan and Livelihood Restoration Plan with ARTELIA- PlanEval.In the framework of the Nachtigal Hydro Power Company (NHPC) dam and hydro-electric power plant project, I am carrying out an impact assessment of the socio-economic conditions of households following the intervention and the granting of financial compensation and support for their transition trajectories. This project puts into perspective the use of a multidimensional approach to poverty (monetary and services), supported by multifactorial indicators, allowing the evolution of households to be monitored over a multi-year period. Activities carried out : - Support and training of enumerators. Data collection on the outskirts of Yaoundé.- Analysis of quantitative data on fishing, farming and sand extraction activities.- Impact assessment.

Currently supporting the design of the Farmer Registry in Senegal on behalf of FAO. Jointly withMinistries responsible for Agriculture, for Livestock and for Fisheries. Duties include:• Mapping all functions, processes and procedures, as well as products and services;• Developing systematic procedures (SOPs) for the farmer registry;• Documenting roles and responsibilities

Currently working on a formative evaluation of the Risk Communication and Community Engagement - Collective Service Partnership.The RCCE Collective Service is a collaborative partnership between the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the World Health Organization (WHO), with the support of the Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN), and key stakeholders from the public health, humanitarian and development sector.This formative evaluation intends to estimate the CS preliminary outcomes and identify promising coordinated RCCE approaches based on their effectiveness during implementation in response to COVID-19 (accountability) while nurturing its strategic vision moving forward (learning).

In close collaboration with the Community Engagement and Accountability Coordinator, I act as a Research Team Leader in charge of conducting an impact research project on CEA in 5 countries (Indonesia, Malawi, Guatemala, Guinea, Georgia). This study aims to build evidence on the determinants of community engagement through the experience of 5 countries /National Red Cross societies.

Social Sciences Expert in charge of supporting Risk Communication and Community Engagement Strategy for West and Central Africa in the context of COVID-19 Response – UNICEF WCAR, Dakar Senegal- Currently supporting the Regional Multi-Stakeholders Emergency- Risk Communication Group in various areas including:- Developing training modules on the conduct of quick assessments on communities’ perceptions, Rumor Management, Community feedback tracking, Health Workers trainings- Collecting and analysing Epidemiologic and Behavioural data to assess accuracy of Communication response- Providing technical assistance to West African countries in the conduct of research related to risk perception, community dynamics, awareness of public health measures. - Systematizing research on socio-economic impact of COVID for priority countries (Senegal, Central Africa Republic, Niger)

As Team lead working with SPRI I provided support to UNICEF Gambia and UNICEF West and Central Africa Region (WCAR) in conducting a summative evaluation of the EU-funded BReST project. This initiative was implemented across three regions in The Gambia: the North River Region (NRR), the Central River Region (CRR), and the Upper River Region (URR). The project was a collaboration between the National Nutrition Agency (NaNA) and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MoHSW), with support from the UNICEF Gambia country office.
