- Leading marketing projects for global clients, in approximately 50 international markets (concept - strategy - production - execution - billing),- Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of a marketing communication strategy, using the appropriate channels and communication tools: web, social media, POS, video, sweepstakes, contests,- Preparation and delivery of pitch offers including communication strategy, creative concept, budget estimation, etc.,- Responsible for providing an exceptional client experience and improving customer satisfaction,- Representing the Company in relation to global clients, image building and agency expertise,- Development of relationships with key clients, generating new sales opportunities, taking care of their retention,- Supervising staff (app. 8-10) & motivating team members to achieve goals,- Identifying potential crisis situations, preparing remediation plans

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Clients: Amway, Electrolux, Area of services: Europe),- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits,- Communicating the monthly progress of initiatives to clients,- Workflow management for different teams involved in projects (Creation, Strategy, Client Service),- Meeting deadlines and project budgets,

- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of ongoing projects, in accordance with customer needs and objectives (Clients: Henkel, Electrolux, Area of services: Central & Eastern Europe)- Effective preparation and execution of various promotional campaigns (B2B, B2C)- Coordination of advertising initiatives in the ATL, BTL & Outdoor sectors for current clients

- Planning, coordinating and executing daily activities for sales team- Resolving issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust- Primary point of contact for 100+ customers in the region

- Finance controlling activities in line with various sales procedures (with great attention to detail) - Day-to-day communication with Austrian partners (i.e. notifying of process challanges and providing optimal solutions)- Monitoring deadlines for claims resolutions
