Achievements:• Obtained savings by leading the project for implementation of the “DuPont International Trade System (DITS)”, which allowed obtaining the “Blue Line” certification in Brazil, with which the merchandise was able to leave customs in a matter of hours instead of days (normal practice). • Between 2012 and 2013, achieved savings by leading 5 projects for the automation and innovation of the logistics area in Mexico and Brazil, which enabled location of the “in transit” merchandise, optimal route and carrier selection, exact calculation of the carrier’s payment and the online notice of merchandise delivery.• Increased customer’s loyalty from 40% to 62% by enabling the “Customer Relationship Management” (CRM) tool, where the activities performed along with the customer were documented, resulting in avoidance of discontinuity in the service.• Eluded loosing key customer accounts form the automotive industry, by establishing an EDI (“Electronic Data Interchange”) communication strategy, between the customers and DuPont. • Identified 23 common projects between Functions, like Finances, Operations, Sourcing and Logistics by establishing Cross Functional Productivity Initiative, which explored new ways of collaborating, streamlining and reducing efforts. • Leaded the implementation of the System of Record and Governance for enterprise application portfolio in order to support corporate challenges in a sustainable way.

Responsible for PMO in the Region, ensuring projects be in compliance, on time, on budget and standardized, evaluating risks. Capex and Opex financial reports.• Identified 23 common projects between Functions, like Finances, Operations, Sourcing and Logistics, representing 17 million US dollars in savings, by establishing Cross Functional Productivity Initiative, which explored new ways of collaborating, streamlining and reducing efforts.

Responsible for identifying processes that could be enhanced or replaced by innovative technological tools. Developed the plans for Personnel (Strategic), Training and Development and Succession. Selection and Personnel Hiring.Achievements:• Managed to lower the plant personnel rotation index, from 10% to practically 0%, by establishing operation procedures, an employee recognition policy, training programs and a competitive integrated wage. • Removed the risk of affecting the business sales by designing and implementing the Corporate System “Fielmex Information Technology System” (FITS), which complied with the characteristics of a CRM. • Reduced the number of customer service representatives in 30%, by transforming the ordering process, in which now the customers would place the orders online themselves.• Increased sales in 10%, by developing a database of Lycra®’s fabrics, including value chain data. Shared designs and contacts from the whole world, facilitating innovation, strengthening the value chain and supporting the sales increase.
