Responsible for research, development, implementation and change management for a plant wide deployment of Netsuite by Oracle. Coordinated with all departments to meet new system training requirements including Production, Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, and Professional staff. Responsible for providing coordination of internal and external resources against the priorities of the business including safety, quality, production, cost and customer service.Project principle implementing NetSuite sitewide; Project scope impacted every department, included more than 850 product SKUs, 14k processing instructions, and hundreds of training hours to successfully launch.Established processes to streamline site scheduling from hand typed schedules to tool/report driven mechanisms improving overall operations visibility and efficiency.

Functions:• Assist in the Weekly Programming of the Plant.• Type production movements into the system.• Print and deliver to the inventory assistant, the daily production report by area manager and by type of inventory to execute the inventory entry.• Print the reports of item requirements by production for each warehouse manager.• Print the forms of demand for personnel, production report, machine stops and breakdowns, daily.• Deliver production report formats to supervisors.• Attend the weekly JUVA meeting.• Follow up on the execution of the weekly program.• Assist the Planning and Programming Manager in redefining and updating the production standards system.• Coordinate with the Production Managers on a daily basis the confirmation or adjustments of the schedule established for the next day of production.• Verify production consumption, by product, in the SAP system.• Collect, Review, and Enter information for production indicators.• Prepare ABC indicators of stoppages, production TVC and quality deviations.

• Participation in the implementation of a Control and Security Management System of the BASC standard.• Carry out surveys of all the procedures necessary to comply with the standard.• Preparation of the procedures and forms required for the areas of Physical Security, Human Management, Purchasing and Logistics.• Creation, improvement and modification of process flowcharts and process characterization diagrams; In applicable cases.• Presentation of the progress of the project to the managers of the areas involved.• Preparation of procedures for the implementation of the ISO standard.
