Smile Child Organization works with abused children who have been placed in child rescue centers.We are a group of approximately 123 young people who care deeply about mental health and the empowerment of children, adolescents, and youths. We are committed to advancing UN SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.We often work with local governments, and for-profit companies to provide community awareness campaigns against child abuse.

• Taking part in the preliminary, technical and financial evaluation.• Assist procurement officer in preparing quotations, quotation analysis, and requisition forms.• Assist in summary of bid analysis and other procurement documents.• Assisting in supplier sourcing, assessing shortlisting, and tendering.• Carrying out supplier visits.• Preparing a draft budget plan for the Procurement student welfare association•Material planning for all raw materials and packaging materials.•Inventory Management and inventory control.•Managing supplier relations and handling supplier complains and issues.•Managing various ongoing contracts.•Receiving, and inspecting various materials for compliance with specifications•Issuing purchase requisitions and LPOs•Maintaining and adhering to standard inventory modules for all materials which ensured continuity of supply.•Developing, maintaining, compiling, reconciling, and updating information in suppliers and stock databases to facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly report writing.•Total Flow Management for raw materials and packaging material.•Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and regulations.•Adherence to GMP and ISO standards on Raw Materials and Packaging materials Purchasing ,Supply chain and Warehousing operations.
