Client Acquisition and Retention: Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the offshore accounting sector. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.3. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a high-performing business development team. Setting clear performance goals, providing coaching and development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.4. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the offshore accounting industry.5. Revenue Generation: Establishing and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Monitoring sales performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.6. Offshore Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of international tax laws, offshore jurisdictions, and financial regulations relevant to the offshore accounting sector.

• Requisition of company’s goods and services and bargaining prices with vendors.• Evaluate suppliers through the tendering process and ensure all adhere to specific requirements.• Receiving data for deficiencies, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output by use of SAP.• Control inventory levels for cost effectiveness.• Prior communication with accounts personnel for timely facilitation of suppliers’ payments.• Maintain purchase records, processing stock transfers and receiving goods

• Ensure stocktaking and stock reconciliation is done on a daily basis and accurately.• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursementsand record keeping.• Prepare purchase orders based on purchase requests and ensure error free processing• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
