As an attorney on Husch Blackwell's Product Liability team, I regularly defend manufacturers of medical devices and other consumer products against claims of negligence and strict liability. I represent clients in state and federal courts, and have extensive experience in class action and national multi-district litigation.I have a broad background in business litigation and understanding of a lawsuit’s impact on the client’s business as a whole. Having represented clients before the International Trade Commission, and in commercial disputes including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets and employment matters, I recall my diverse litigation experience to guide clients through to a successful and efficient resolution. Coming from a family of business owners, ranging from a closely held medical practice to an international oil shipping company, I know how to build a successful business and I work tirelessly to defend our clients’ reputation and products.
