About Magda Trespalacios Cphr.

I am an Organizational Development professional. Unlike a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant, most people are not quite sure what we do for a living, which has encouraged me to think about the best way to share with others what I do in my field of work and how it impacts the life of people and organizations. The main purpose of my work is to empower organizations respond and adapt effectively to internal and external changes. Those changes can be market driven, technological, cultural or socio-economic in nature, however, regardless of what provokes the changes, my work is to diagnose and design approaches that help improve the effectiveness of the organization and maximize the potential of employees, by promoting inclusive, safe and equitable work environments, where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to be successful and feel that they belong.Through my career, I have been fortunate to work with great organizations to help them become what they aspire to be by designing and implementing targeted approaches such as:• Developing strategies and implementing tactics to create inclusive organizations, leveraging the value of diversity and creating work environments where everyone can fully participate and belong • Designing leadership competency frameworks to guide the skills and abilities leaders need to develop to achieve their goals • Developing and facilitating comprehensive leadership development programs to empower inclusive leadership competencies• Coaching employees and leaders to identify areas for development and drive action plans to maximize personal development• Implementing mentoring programs to combine experience and desire to grow into mutually beneficial relationships
