I have started as an independent consultant organizing company's HR processes and supporting recruitment. Since 2022 I am working steadily for MultiBIM brand:- managing recruitment processes- creating job ads, CVs assesment, job interviews: phone, online, in person; direct search/sourcing- working closely with sales department- beggining the process of creating employer branding policy- managing employees happiness levels :)

Opera Rara, Kraków Photo Month, Sofar): finding artists, event promotion, technical support, contracts with artistsprivate events orgnisation (corporate clients, wedding receptions, birthday parties itp)- „BAL’s Open Air Cinema” project curator (film selection, contacting distributors, sponsors acquisition, organising technical backstage, marketing) and promotion, cooperation with major film festivals and short films festivals)- working all the way from bottom to top in a restaurant: dishwasher, barista, cook, manager

- managing the association's projects: conducting meetings and animating the choice of projects for realisation, coordinating teams' work, managing schedule and budget - negotiations- contacting local authorities and institutions for the purpose of cooperation - acting as a spokesperson for the association during presentations and/or meetings with local population- managing social media (not very developed at the time)
