Project Management Office (PMO):Managed the implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2007 for the PMO. Defined and documented business process workflows to improve project management processes. Developed Timesheet and Overtime reports to provide high visibility to the executive and the project management team.

Responsible for managing the overall project, customer relationship and expectations, , as well as assisting with implementation and support. Developed and maintained the Project Charter and Project Plan, managed the day-to-day aspects of the project ensuring successful delivery of a full business solution, maintained Risk Management, Change Management and Issue Management logs, provided progress reports and ensured appropriate communications to all stakeholders.Projects included:• Vancouver 2010 Olympics medical imaging system: Worked with the different GE groups (DI, PACS-IW, RIS-IC, Sales, Service, and Apps) and the customer groups (Radiologists, Technologists, IT, and System Administrators) to schedule, monitor and control the delivery, training, and ongoing support. This involved installation of CT, MR, US, and DR imaging modalities at the VANOC polyclinics in Whistler and Vancouver and connecting them to a RIS & PACS system with workstations at both clinics. It was a great success under very difficult circumstances and unmovable tight deadlines.• Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) implemented in the Fraser Health Authority (FHA). This project involved the installation of the core infrastructure at the main Data Center and the disaster recovery one as well as Radiography Image collection, distribution, and presentation throughout 12 hospitals in 3 regions around Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed successfully in 2006 and upgraded regularly to the latest version of HW and SW.• Radiology Information System (RIS) upgrade for St Paul’s Hospital (SPH) in Vancouver.• CardioVascular Information System (CVIS) implementation in the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (OHI).• Centricity Perioperative Anesthesia (CPA) implementation in the new Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Center (ARHCC).• Several upgrades and expansions for PACS, CVIS, and Periop systems in sites across Canada.

Responsible for managing the overall RFP response and reviewing the ITPS sections details.RFPs included:• GTA West Shared Diagnostic Imaging Repository (DI-r).• LHIN 3 (Waterloo Wellington) and LHIN 12 (North Simcoe Muskoka) Picture Archiving & Communication System (Operational PACS / Short Term Storage).• Niagara Health System (NHS) Shared Diagnostic Imaging Repository (DI-r), for the health care providers of the Waterloo Wellington and Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHINs (LHIN 3-4).

Analyzed internal needs to provide improved solutions and business processes. Defined and presented BPR recommendations with quantified benefits to Executive Management. Was certified as Siebel Business Analyst and awarded the Global Services Excellence Award.Engineered and managed the implementation of several Siebel CRM applications for internal use. Projects included:• Global Services Billing: Analyzed the requirements for the implementation of a new improved billing business processes. Provided guidance and assistance to the IT implementation team. Simplified the processes to achieve a high level of end users adoption while understanding the system constraints. Worked closely with Marketing to define and rank release features and enhancement requests.• Siebel Marketing: Defined the Global Services needs and the high level design and Managed the implementation of the new eAnalytics module aka Siebel Marketing providing Executive analysis and reports. Delivered the project in a record time with minimal resources.• Siebel eKnowledge: Analyzed the needs, defined the requirements, provided the solution, produced the Business Process document, and delivered the necessary training to end users of a knowledge management repository for release control and easy retrieval of information.

Engineered and managed the implementation and delivery of several Siebel CRM applications. Managed the relationship with Customer Executives and Project Managers to ensure the solutions provide the intended benefits at both the business and technical infrastructure levels.Customer Implementations included:• SaskTel: a heavily customized ‘Dealer Sales and Cell Phone Activation’ application. Provided Project Management assistance and reviewed the design.• Entrust Technologies: a tailored ‘sales’ application and its upgrade to Call Center Enterprise. Managed a team of Entrust employees to implement the Sales module.• GE Capital: a pilot ‘ERM’ application with three tier connection to remote DB server Provided Project Management assistance and design reviews.• Richter Systems Int’l: a tailored ‘Support (Helpdesk)’ application. Provided mentoring and produced a small module of the implementation.• AgriCorp: a tailored ‘Support (Helpdesk)’ application. Provided mentoring and produced a small module of the implementation.

Provincial Integrated Call Center (ICC)A Help Desk with Telephony ACD and IVR systems. Managed the full implementation from RFP response and scope change agreements, through to final delivery. Coordinated the communications between two different Government of Ontario ministries (Transport and Health) and two subcontractors.

Developed state of the art solutions for the technical proposals for several successful RFP responses. Prepared the project delivery plans and budgets for the financial proposals.

Iris is a state of the art multi disciplinary tactical communication system for the Canadian Army. Responsible for the Communication Management System and the Crypto Material Management System. Proposed new approaches and provided creative solutions based on the latest technology.

Provided Management/Technical Lead consulting to support engagements across the US for several large clients.

Flight Processing Section:Reporting to the VP Engineering, managed a team of 24 engineers responsible for the development of Air Traffic related applications.

Radar Modernization Program (RAMP):Managed several teams of engineers developing subsystems for the Radar System Equipment (RSE) and Display System Equipment (DSE) equipment for the Canadian Air Traffic Control System. This consisted of a fault-tolerant, real-time air traffic control system for Transport Canada as well as replacing all the radars serving the Canadian airports and connecting air routes. Led, mentored, and participated in the full development life cycle of three subsystems.
