This role involved a wide range of demands. Some of which included working with customers on technical issues, tracking the daily/weekly list of tasks for 8 soldiers and reporting the results to higher management. Resolving issues at the lowest level as they arrive. Coordinating with different organizations in order to provide them with proper security keys. Providing a wide range of IT services self sufficient in a field training environment.
