PROVIDER DIRECTORY creates a bridge between health care provider registries and claims adjudicators, by providing information concerning the identity of regulated and non-regulated health care providers.

As consultant for Alleyne Inc. I build data driven product. Over the last three years, I lead team to deliver and support:An E-CLAIMS PORTAL solution involving multiple private insurance companies:- Liaise with teams from the seven insurance company to collected and documented functional requirements- Defined functional and technical processes following NeCST / HL7 standards.- Participated in the design of the registration and claim submission process.WEB PROJECT for community and association management - Act as first point of contact with the customer to develop project requirements,- Assess technical solution and develop the architecture using open-source technologies- Coordinate with the technical team (design and development) to deliver on time, scope and budget.- Train and support customer once the website launched.--

Created and developed the website objectif-neige.com a ski resorts portal enabling ski conditions comparison for three ski resorts. The website has been sold in April 2011 to a major french publishing house.Accomplishments:- Designed website functionalities using UML methodologies.- Involved six business partners with 100% sign-off rate in 2010.- Integrated and harmonized ten data sources into a single interface.- Lead and coordinate a network of freelance developers and designers

Implemented and managed a resource and project portfolio management tool at a Worldwide level (France and USA) for 200 users. During this implementation, I lead the technical migration from MS Project Server 2003 to MS Project Server 2007Accomplishments:- Wrote all the documentation including Project Charter, User, and System Requirement, Qualification with acknowledgement from IT department for documentation quality.- Worked on Change Adoption management plan with R&D, Engineering and Purchasing department through presentations, training and individual coaching session. Obtained the sign off from all departments. Function not involved in the initial scope asked to be part of next development phase.- Created, customized and provided reports to all level of management using Project Web Access, OLAP cube and Excel.
