With the concession to run tests under the elevators code and the principles of industry. - Installation and operation of fire fighting systems for services buildings(administration–nursery– commercial–mosque ) and underground fire tank With 200 cubic meter with the concession to run tests ACCORDING to shop drawing&NFPA and the principles of industry. - Hvac work with systems(split – packages – dx units)With the concession to run tests ACCORDING to shop drawing&smakna and the principles of industry. - Installation and operation of plumbing work(indoor–networks)and cold water supply. With the concession to run tests.ACCORDING to shop drawing&the code of(plumbing & water supply)and the principles of industry.2- Technical Office engineer in the work of:- - Study the project documents{ contract – specification – tender – vendor list }and make the coordination between the site work and the project requirements(in electromechanical major) - Review the shop drawing and variation order&claims and compare it with tender to submitte( approved or rejected)according to special codes&tender and the principles of industry. - Follow up the site requirements (material –labor)according to project scdule - Review and Submit the submittal (shop drawing–RFI-martial according to vendor) needs to project - Review the ratio of extract before adoption - Review the following - Shop drawings.- Coordination.- Design Review. - Counting.- Bell of quantities. - Technical reports.- Method of statements

This position specializes in coordination between the executing, maintenance-based companies for infrastructure works and the administration of engineering and the various, and specialized departments. Where I keep track of business in accordance with international Specifications and measurements Also schedule and reporting on the performance of work, companies and the needs of the building. - Responsible for the maintenance and repair generators serving - Fed communications towers where I was maintenance group leader for a number of sites of these towers. - The development of maintenance plans (preventive - periodic - corrective) - Follow up implementation of these processes under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance - Pursue the overhaul of the engines and the faults and the provision of spare parts required to ensure the operation of efficient generators necessary.
