As an office engineer how is responsible of help in the following activities:-• Issuing technical documentation for client or manufacturing stuff.• Preparing technical studies and documentations for tenders.• Trouble shooting for our clients and technical problems investigation.• Finding special solutions for special requirements by customers in LV switchgear factory.• As a product support for our company products (breakers, contactors, protection relays, instruments, motors, transformers……etc).• Site trouble shooting with my colleges at projects.• Involved in preparing marketing events and documentation.• Participate in interviews for new candidates in order to hire them in the company and conduct a competency center to initiate the new colleges and make OJT sessions.

To be an office engineer how help in:-• Technical studies by using specialist analytical program ETAP for White Nile Petroleum Operational Company WNPOC-Sudan such as:-o Short circuit calculation for voltage levels 33, 22, 11, 6, 0.4KV.o Relay coordination study for voltage levels 33, 22, 11, 6, 0.4KV. o Also, participate in conducting the project presentation at Sudan• Get the required queries for training courses and handle it with the instructors.• Make a preliminary (technical / practical) course for final year students and junior electrical engineers about all power systems stages and equipments (generators, transformers, switchgear, motors, and hazard areas).• Make a preliminary market survey to help in market penetration especially in oil and gas sector.

To be an office engineer how is responsible of the following:-• Help in decision making about tenders in electrical projects which we will participate in.•Make any required site survey.•Make the required technical studies for LV switchgear.•Get any required materials offers (transformers, generators, motors, cables, MV switchgear………etc).•Make the tender bid technical and evaluate the commercial bid.•Supervise the financial affairs (bid bond, initial bond, final bond, L/C, payment ……etc).•Supervise the execution steps by projects stuff.•Make all required correspondences, meetings with client, supplier all over the project.

To be an office engineer how is responsible of the following:-• Help in decision making about tenders for LV switchgear which we will participate in.• Make any required site survey.• Make the required preliminary design for LV switchgear (power and control) circuits.• Get any required materials offers (breakers, contactors, accessories ……etc).• Make the required technical studies for LV switchgear (power distribution, control, automation, diesel application…….etc).• Make the tender bid technical and evaluate the commercial bid.• Supervise the financial affairs (bid bond, initial bond, final bond, L/C, payment ……etc).• Supervise the execution steps through factory stuff.• Make all required correspondences, meetings with client, factory stuff all over the panel building stages.

To handle site issues such as:-• Making site surveys in order to prepare site required materials.• Help in decision making due to optimum execution procedures.• Participate in material handling and transportation.• Make the required agreements with client about site receiving, installation start time, execution time schedule……..etc)• Install, commissioning and start up of electrical material and cover client notes about the projects.• Make the required MEMOs all over the project stages.• Act as a customer support at site for preventive maintenance or trouble shooting.

Few intermittant months (during faculty studies) of experience in a workshop for motors, transformers and alternators rewinding, maintenance and Motor Control Center Panels
