I have worked for several companies as IT business consultant and I have been Head of Communication Sector, Chamber of Communication Information Technology & Communication (CIT) under the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI).Sector Goals •To ensure, through close coordination, that CIT Comms. Work program is in line with MCIT objectives as well as those of the TRA and all other relevant Government Agencies. •Ensure Buy in from the Communications Sector Community. •Create direct channels with all working entities to allow identification of issues where CIT can add value and resolve. •Participate in developing the Human Resources capabilities to be able to cope with Local, Regional, and International standards & Requirements. •Enhance the Egyptian Telecommunications Market through setting standards and Classifications of working entities to ensure healthy competition, Quality of Service and Market Growth. •Establish PR presence & work through the various Media channels to enhance awareness both Nationally & Internationally.

Alkan CIT Libya offers a wide array of turnkey solutions for fixed and wireless telecommunication networks, with special and extensive experience in Network rollout, Installation & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance services in support of GSM/CDMA Networks, Fiber optics Networking, Electromechanical services, Networking Integration & security, Video Technologies, Tracking and fleet management, OSS/BSS, Broadband Services, Wireless Communication, IT Solutions, Digital Mapping and GIS applications. During this period, I was the General Manager for Alkan CIT Libya ( Libyan Company). My position was comparable to a chief executive officer reporting to board direction and for managing the staff, developing, designing and implementing the strategic plan for the company and taking care of all related business. (I have returned back to my own county on Feb. 2011 after the start of the Libyan Revaluation. Temporally, as the political situation was not clear in Libya, I took care of international projects of Alkan CIT as Projects Department Director, located in Cairo, Egypt.

To improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of Alkan Integrated Telecom operation, a new Project Management Department had been created. The main target of this Business Unit is to provide the client with a complete solution for his network(s) including the network infrastructure and its components, using manly VSAT as the main connectivity method for the outdoors connections and using wireless or land solutions within the indoor environment; including all required components to create or enhance the client’s IT system according to his requirements and related applications.I was responsible for building and operating a new VSAT HUB to provid enterprise solutions and Internet Access.

I worked as head for Alkan Communication department reporting directly to Owner of Alkan Group (Mr. Muhammad Nosseir) taking care of his IT and Telecommunication Activities.

I was responsible about business developing, sales and management of ongoing projects, starting from specifications study to the final project acceptance. These activities included sales management and supervision of technical staff. I supervised different projects, in field of networking and data encryption and security for banks, Saudi Arabia Monitory Agency (SAMA), ministry of education and military sector

I was responsible about Baghdad branch, management and supervision of the technical field engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of Telecommunication and Security Projects of a variety of Governmental clients.Responsibilities included the program management of the branch office to develop/maintain budget, schedule and status of all ongoing projects.

I was responsible about Installation and maintenance of many projects of Microwave and Data Acquisition systems. The duties included studies and projects evaluations, planning and supervision, operation of equipment and maintenance of these installed equipment.
