My role is to mobilize local and international experts in the technical areas, which might be useful to achieve EHA strategic needs. This is ensured by first identifying the technical needs through interviews with the key personnel, field visits and desk review of essential EHA documents. Following the inception phase, I have been enrolled in extensive internal and external discussion to tailor the technical support to the identified needs. Moreover, I am coordinating all the inputs from the local and international experts in the best way to deliver a competent, innovative, and tailored technical assistance to EHA. Show less

Mersal is a medical NGO working to support the vulnerable people and improve their health status. Mersal is improving the access to emergency care including NICU, PICU and adult ICU beds specially with the shortage in these services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mersal is also working to cover the gaps in the health system regarding the tertiary and expensive care for oncology patients and organ transplantations. Community engagement was another component of the project by trainingcommunity mental health workers and several civil society organizations to facilitate theaccess of the target population to the available MHPSS services in the PHC units and thecommunity.• The responsibilities of the position were to; lead the project including; program management,supervision, and monitoring. Share in project budget construction, negotiations ofagreements with health local partners, authorities, and other stakeholders. Update the healthaspects of the mission strategy and writing with the general coordinator for new projectproposals.
