Roles & Responsibilities:- Managing and liaising relations with key stakeholders from public and private sectors- Formulating YTY content strategies and plans according to MOE's strategic objectives and goals- Supervising the production of Madrasetna's educational and entertainment content- Establishing a multi-layered quality control system to ensure content's full compliance with MOE's curriculums and policies

Responsible for the strategic overview and leadership for creative sector with in the network.To drive forward the development, capacity building and growth of the creative sector within the context of the network’s editorial plan and political direction.Strategic planning, work as a team to foster collaborative working, connected to planning and policy making throughout the different creative departments and production, in order to develop current programs and carry out new formats, with the continuous follow up of all the programs.To develop and implement a strategy to enhance the networks programs, forming and coordinating the yearly budget of each channel. Lead on all Creative sector responsibilities, Management and Continuous follow up, on the different departments within, as this post holds the responsibility of a mix of specialisms. such as :-• Directors department• Promos department• Editing department (Montage)• Creative Production• Content departmentRegularly evaluating our employees to enhance overall performance, unlocking Potential.Quality control on the networks production and promos.Working with in the budget set out for each program, monitoring any money wastage or over unnecessary employment. Work with the Director of Funding Operations to initiate, develop and deliver new and effective funding and business processes for the network. Forming monthly and yearly reports for the network’s CEO. Support the Chief Executive and Board as necessary and represent the network as required. Promote and advocate for the network nationally and at the highest level, especially between the other national networks and its rank. Provide support, inspiration and guidance to staff, presenters

Senior Producer (CBC & CBC two)- Supervising ( Producers / Directors / Reporters / Cameramen )- Forming and constructing ( Producers / Assistant Producers / Line Producers) Schedules .- Supervising quality of visuals ( GFX / Reports / Rushes/ live units)- Coach and mentor Producers, Assistant Producers and Line Producers.- Setting the creative/editorial direction for the show with editorial teams.- Overseeing Budgets of each show.- Responsible for the production operations, content quality, editorial tone and channels policy - Sending weekly reports to the Channel Manager.
