• Make daily reports on containers since their arrival at seaports and follow them up to delivery to the required locations ASAP so as not to result in any financial violations due to delay.• Communicating and arranging with all warehouses to develop the finalized plans for distributing containers as required and priority.• Managing Jeddah, Rabigh and Dammam ports, book appointments for this and pay fees, and create and close the shipments in SAP system and follow-up until return the empty containers to return yards and register the cost per shipment and trip allowance for the driver.• Managing all outbound shipments for all customers in KSA and create then close it in SAP system and register the cost per shipment.• Utilizing own resources and dealing with 3PL companies to pull-out the containers from port side and dispatch them to specified warehouses in across the kingdom.• Reviewing the service providers' invoices and making sure they are correct and then approving the finance to pay the value of these invoices.• Tracking the trucks and drivers movement through VTS application.• Managing fleet of trucks in west region and ensure that all truck documents (Istimara, insurance, MVPI and operating cards, etc.) are valid.• Issuing the necessary authorizations to all users of the company's vehicles (whether owned or rented) through TAMM, Bayan and tep.sa platforms.• Making sure that all fleet trucks are properly maintained and serviced.• Conducting staff performance reviews, setting objectives, and identifying employee training requirements.

•General supervision of the contracts of leasing companies.•Receipt and delivery of cars from the leasing companies and follow up on it.•Receipt and delivery the cars to and from the staff and to ensure the absence of any notes as per the models that prepared for that.•Coordination with the leasing companies to request for maintenance or other services as per contracted. •Liaise with the leasing companies to put together required documents to support accident claims.•Coordinate/follow up on accident claims with company Insurers. •Produce weekly/monthly reports on MVPI & Istemara renewal status. •Follow up with the leasing companies on progress of Istemara renewals.•Make sure the validity of the licenses of vehicles, the insurances and the authorizations driving periodically.•Follow-up vehicles of the users and make sure they are clean and without damages and inform fleet manager notes.•Follow up everyday business regarding leased vehicles (maintenance, repair incidents and the replacement the vehicles).•Follow up the vehicles under repair workshops in the leasing companies to be repair it and return it to work ASAP and with high quality. •Send the vehicles to external workshops to estimate and reform if necessary.•Follow-up parked vehicles in warehouses periodically to make sure they are clean and readiness always to work.•Distribution of fuel coupons to users of the company's compounds as per to the approved quota for each user and tuned to read the meter and analyzed on monthly basis.•Ensure readiness of delivery vehicles of products, and follow-up the drivers to do a daily check of the vehicle, to avoid any abrupt breakdowns that may affect the delivery process.•Review and analysis of monthly invoices for rent cars companies and approve it for the accounting department.
