Responsibilities:-General Accounting:• Record daily accounting journal entries and review the General Ledger• Assist with monthly closings.• Assist preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income statement, Trial Balance, etc.….)• Producing the financial reports to specific deadlines.• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.• Participate in the annual inventory countBanking:-• Handle All Bank Transactions including (Letter of Credits, Transfers, Checks, loans, loan's interests, Payments, Stamp duty, Accounts fees, etc....)• Reconcile monthly bank statement.• Match bank accounts on system with bank statements (Monthly)Import & Export:• Register, analyze the outside purchases.• Record, analyze all import and export transactions and record all their journal entries.• Closing and settlement the Letters of Credits (LC).• Analyze all Letters of Credits and their expenses.• Analyze the balance of foreign vendor’s ledgers.• Follow up the effect outside purchases on the inventory.• Evaluating currency difference.Value-Added (VAT):• Produce The Value-Added (VAT) report monthly.• Review monthly sales and purchases tax and coordinate in the tax inspection.Perform effectively any other duties as assigned and fast learning it,Assume new duties as the need arises.
