Job Summary:1. Implement overall maintenance activities (preventive, regular, ad-hoc, emergency ...etc.) and contribute to the development of the maintenance scope of work.2. Respond to incoming requests and complaints to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.3. Participate in purchase activities as the contact person for suppliers or contractors and assist in service contract management.4. Support the production of various data reports, trackers, and SOPs to support accurate and informed decision-making.

• Monitoring maintenance activities of infrastructures, management of non-medical stocks and equipment according to MSF standards• Ensuring the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager's supervision through daily visits to the facilities and reporting any anomalies or problems, evaluation of the rehabilitation needs and following up minor building rehabilitation work according to supervisor's instructions• Checking that premises observe security norms and monitoring the consumption of mechanical and electrical vehicles/machines/devices• Planning together with the line manager, the required checks, and maintenance activities of the set-up/systems of his technical activity/activities according to MSF standards• Supervising and leading the logistics team (drivers, guards, handyman, etc.) under his/her responsibility including the definition of each person's tasks (daily supervision and checking the quality of their work); drawing up working schedule; organizing and leading meetings of the team and participating in the staff selection, training and performance evaluation.• Supervising and monitoring on a day-to-day basis the implementation of his/her technical activity/activities in the project ensuring compliance to MSF standards, protocols, and procedures (rehabilitation, installation and maintenance of ICT networks and hardware, daily servicing of equipment and vehicles, etc.)• Ensuring the vehicle fleet maintenance which includes planning and overseeing timely preventive and curative maintenance of all project vehicles according to MSF standards• Instructing, monitoring and checking driving habits of the drivers• Participating in Logistics-related, team meetings and regular reporting as per guidelines• Managing and following up on logistics orders , makes local purchases according to MSF supply procedures and ensures reception conditions of freight .• Provide technical support for mission projects within Egypt.

● Lead the implementation of municipal projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.● Supervise work activities on-site in different projects (Prevention of Flash Floods Dangers Renovation of Historical Buildings - Erecting Stone Walls).● Provide technical support and advice.● Order and negotiate the price of materials.● Calculate the quantities and prepare the documents of payment.● Liaise with clients and their representatives, subcontractors and other professional staff and arrange regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.● Deal with the Labor Office portal to process employees yearly work permit, renewal of work permits and renewal of health insurance cards, exit/reentry visa, addition and deletion of employees and payment processing.● Process Saudization Certificate to be presented to different ministries for payment collection and participation in government tenders.

● Make a daily report of site implementation activities and progress of work.● Supervise concrete work activities on site.● Calculate the quantities and prepare documents of payment.● Provide technical support and advice as needed.● Establish excellent customer relations by assisting them and catering to their needs.
