With over twenty one years of experience working in the field of aviation structures and systems maintenance engineering in an Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority approved MRO facility, most of which working in the application field before promoted to work in a managerial position , Throughout this period I have been able to : Support compliance of the fleet with continuing airworthiness requirements for both the aircraft structures and systems. Providing the MRO organization and Flight Operations with consultancy on technical and maintenance issues , performing Operational Risk Evaluation (ORE) for technical issues affecting the fleet. Assessing in the construction of maintenance plans for the fleet to maintain airworthiness and fleet readiness in an achievable manner that can be easily executed by implementers. Supporting definition of maintenance standards and procedures and providing recommendations for improvement. Liaising with OEMs and vendors on technical issues.
