- Acting as a point of contact for handling a variety of travel itineraries, queries and complaints.- Make a reservation for Hotels All over the world- Providing all services for top VIP.- Ensure best value bookings are made each time, in line with policy.- Keep abreast of relevant travel developments and any associated requirements including relaying the information to all their travelers and processing of multinational travel requests.- Undertake reconciliation and management of all invoices and charges and resolving all relating queries regarding travel bookings.-Maintain full records of all travel taken by employees following company procedures.

- Deliver/ exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue goals- Proactive prospect and close business from direct clients - Build and sustain customer relationships founded on trust- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
