-Supervise and assist in servicing the customers in the cash counterarea and to ensure efficient and friendly delivery of service withoutprejudicing adherence to bank’s policies and regulations.-Maintain acceptable control on operations and procedures of thebranch.-Review Branch's reports as to set policy and guidelines and provide the required monthly reports.-Deal with all kinds of customers, including the sophisticated ones as the Premier with high transaction number.-ATM control and reviews are proactively done.-Reviewing / checking of all operations transactions (remittances /settlements) above service teller’s limit.-Personally involved in proofing and reconciliation.-Preform all trade transactions (Form 4_ LG's _LCS)-Control F.X. rate on board on a daily basis.-Perform all check transaction including over drafts with limits by Checking the prescribed limits and allowing the amount regardingthe balance.

-Making deposits, withdrawals, receiving checks from customers andcollect it from the banks-Receiving the documents to deliver cars to the customers
