• Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Executive Director, managing 8 staff and responsible to manage the design of AV projects from initiation, planning, delivery, control, monitoring, and close-off of the design phase to ensure projects.
• Engineering design for conceptual and detailed project design, including the supervision of shop drawings & construction documents.
• Development of technical solutions across market segments, including technical support across the execution phase.
• Monitoring of new technologies, risk assessment, market research, competitive analysis, client liaison, and project partnerships development.
• Liaison with architects to ensure the delivery of AV and acoustic design solutions.

• Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Head of Design and managing 6 direct reports, responsible for the preparation of designs, offers and proposals for AV and lighting control projects across Qatar.
• Preparation of project feasibilities and designs for complete AV solutions including drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and cost calculations.
• Preparation of submittals for tenders and projects, including system binders.
• Implementation of a Total Quality Management System across the company.
• Follow up and engagement with suppliers and the sales team and train staff on selected products.

• Management of quality control, faults and analysis of performance issues including the troubleshooting of S/W and H/W problems of field cabinets across operating applications under a Linux platform.
