Negotiation:Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract, including price, quality standards, delivery schedules, payment terms, and any other relevant factors.5. Contract Finalization:Draft and finalize the procurement contract, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.6. Compliance:Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and other relevant legal requirements for cross-border transactions. Under Inco terms.7. Order Placement:Place the purchase order with the selected supplier, specifying details such as quantity, specifications, delivery instructions, and any other necessary information.8. Quality Assurance:Monitor and oversee the production process to ensure that the goods or services meet the required quality standards and specifications.9. Logistics Coordination:Coordinate shipping, transportation, and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery of the purchased items to the destination.10. Receipt and Inspection:Receive the goods or services and conduct thorough inspections to verify quality, quantity, and conformity to the contract specifications.11. Payment Processing:Process payment to the supplier according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions, including any advance payments or milestone payments as per the contract.12.Vendor Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication and relationship with the supplier to address any issues, resolve disputes, and foster long-term collaboration.
