Acquired and expanded the customer base, booking $500,000 in business loans, and $2 million in business deposit accounts in 2018. My book of business grew by over 900% during my employment. As a Relationship Banker, I took a lead role in delivering outstanding experiences to Chase customers. I acquired, managed, and retained meaningful relationships, leveraging my financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to meet their financial needs. I was the customer point of contact within the branch and ensured service quality in providing safe deposit access, updating customer account records, and providing clients with account management and other financial services. I was responsible for the full accounting cycle, including entries to the general ledger and subsidiary journals, recording and depositing cash receipts, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and complying with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. I improved efficiencies and recordkeeping for income tax reporting and automated the tithing collection process by implementing online registration and donation system. I also decreased errors in revenue and expense recording processes, performing analysis to resolve discrepancies.
