- Sap Master Data Management : A- Modules : (MM & SD). B- Objects : (Materials - Vendors - Customers - Pricing ).- ORSOFT workflow application administration.- Obtain, analyze, and process all field generated requests related to vendors, suppliers, and material master data.- Execution of the demand of mass load requests based on data object type (e.g. Material, Customer & Vendor).- Execution of data deactivation requests.- Responsible for embedding Data Quality Methodology into the day-to-day operations including adherence to data standards and data quality reports when required.- Managing the output from data quality tools and coordinating resolution for errors identified by analyzing or from incoming incidents.- Review of process metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the efficiency of data quality processes and reports to drive process improvement and control- Monitor compliance to data quality rules, metrics, and parameters for the relevant scope of MDM data elements following standards setup by MDM stewards- Control, monitor, and report on the quality of data elements critical to the success of domains- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.- Generate reports and do data analysis based on business requirements- Generate reports using SAP and SQL to end users for weekly reports.- Generate reports on demand for finish products EAN code and how to manage it.- Generate report on demand for supply chain with different requirements to easily manage data and organize it.- Responsible for sync between SAP customers and materials in parallel also do the same in sales force application.- Training all departments (SC, Sales, Marketing and Finance) about their roles, process and SLA Management).- Responsible for registering the material codes with the Egyptian Tax Authority.
