Fivos is a software company dedicated to providing an integrated solution for Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, PACS, Practice Management Systems, and Data Analytics for a host of specialties including vascular, OB-GYN, pediatrics, urgent care centers, Cardiology, etc. My job duties includes working with clients and staff to create a product strategy, champion the client needs within the organization and explain the product vision in user conferences and client visits. Develop knowledge of the existing EMR, PM and PACS products to identify the required features to add to the product. Explain product features to high visibility customers and deliver market needs to the engineering organization. Introduced features such as sketch technology and integrated customizable templates to the product to speed up the provider workflow. I also work with the sales staff on high level sales opportunities such as large hospitals and international opportunities.In my job I attended over 80 conferences and hundreds of hours with doctors in the United States and many international locations such as Saudi Arabia, Emirates, England, Egypt, Turkey and Nigeria. This gives me a very good prospective on the needs in a global environment as well as the needs of the local physicians in small offices and hospitals.

Completed training programs with McKesson Corporation and EMR Companies to create and integrate components in order to move physicians to become completely paperless. Designed and installed computer networks for physicians. Installed, maintained, and trained staff in Electronic Medical Records and Medical Billing software created by McKesson Corporation and others. Managed and supported over 100 providers. Created custom programs for conversion, reporting, and practice analysis.
