CurrentProjects:1.Jewel Of the Creek – Port Saeed, DubaiScope of work: - Strengthening work for the basements (Columns jacketing – Wall Jacketing - Slab thickening – CFRP installation- Concrete repairs- Cracks repairs- New water tank and core walls).- Project Status: Ongoing.Responsibilities: - Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications.- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor to assure contract compliance.- Coordinated with management, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.- Follow project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. - Attend client and design meetings on a regular basis.- Prepared detailed project reports and documentation, providing regular updates to management and clients.- Manages multiple sites at one time.- Ensure that projects are completed on time with adhering to all specifications and requirements.2.Aykon City Tower C – Business Bay, DubaiScope of work: - Slab cutting and strengthening work (Wall Strengthening - CFRP installation – Slab Opening )- Project Status: Completed.Responsibilities:- Supervise all activities of project.- Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, design, and specification.- Monitored project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.- Conducted inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
