Spent over 10 years in the Ms Army National Guard working Logistics and Dispatch. I have worked with people in various forms of counseling for many years. When the economy slumped and I got laid off from my job, I decided to study Life Coaching and their forms of counseling and I fell in love. I opened my own practice. I learned as much as I taught. I later moved on to Prevention Coordinator, later promoted to Risk Reduction Coordinator (supervisor) and have been doing case management for soldiers who test positive or self-identify with drugs and alcohol, and travel the state promoting prevention and resource education and mental health advocacy. I thoroughly enjoy what I do. I'm an advocate for all forms of health and wellness.
