• Responsible for controlling and maintaining the Engineering Change Management, Product Data Management in process design and manufacturing industry with emphasis on Bill of Materials (BOMs), parts masters validation, design & technical specifications.• Responsible for evaluating impact for Operation & Spares of product changes through ECRs• Core knowledge in Material and BOM creation in SAP for physical implementation of ECO’s in Windchill 11.0 PLM , SAP to ERP.• Responsible for the effective communication of change decisions and tracking of completion of product design and configuration change implementation with demand planning.• To Investigate and implement root cause corrective action of ECOs/ECRs.• Responsible for the effective & efficient completion of individual projects, participates in Operation teams to provide continuous improvements implementation process.• Analyzes approved engineering design changes & coordinate global changes to part versions, inventory, ERP (SAP) transaction data ECRs from prior to pre-CFTs to implementation.• Manages individual projects to improve operational efficiency with Ongoing support of BOM• Experience in reviewing manufacturing, assembly, specification drawings and ensure error free deliverables by interacting directly with customer & onsite coordinator.• Evaluates group operational procedures for improvement opportunities, which includes changes in cross functional groups.• Interacting with global manufacturers and collecting the electro, electric & mechanicaldesign for cable, plastic, connectors & alternate of the components involved in production• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

• Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.• Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred. Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.EC (Environmental compliance)– Engineer Role:• Working with Winchill Product Analytics 10.1 version to maintain the EHS data for each Product. • Managing the procurement data and BOM of the product in the ERP BAAN.• Managing data of the material using AGILE. • Responsible for validation, creation of Material Data Sheets (MDS) manually.• Communicating to supplier base Program engineers across the globe to make them aware of ELV legislation and answering queries on ELV, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.• Reviewing and approving of Supplier data submissions in IMDS through basic quality check criteria’s like proper classification of materials, correct composition of basic substances and also check for prohibited substances.• Project Management - Taking the ownership of the projects from various regions all over the world.PDM (Product Data Management) Activites:• Have got good experience in working with AGILE system to meet business requirements• Getting input from design team and Create Product family and assign Product & Part number in Agile(PLM). • Setup the Part number and BOM structure, Approved Manufacture List.
